PSFU virtual 24th Annual General Meeting
Owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, Private Sector Foundation Uganda held its Annual General Meeting via a virtual zoom webinar with the members on Thursday, 26th November 2020.
The AGM was chaired by Hon. Dr. Elly Karuhanga and he presented his report as Chairman to members. Key takeaways included;
- The members agreed and endorsed that PSFU includes the Creative and Entertainment sector to the PSFU 11 sectors to make the total number of operational sectors at PSFU 12.
- Members, were also informed about the extension of the Executive Director, Mr. Gideon Badagawa's contract for 3 years
- New secretariat staff members who include HR & Results Director, Finance Director, Director Policy and Business Development, Project Manager- COVID19 Economic Recovery, Resilience & Response program and Project Director - Young Africa Works strategy under Mastercard Foundation were introduced to the members
