PSFU is in the process of prequalifying providers for supplies, services and works for three financial years, 2022-2025, and now invites suitably qualified services providers to submit sealed pre-qualification submissions. Prequalification will be conducted in accordance with the pre-qualification procedures contained in PSFU Procurement Policy and Procedures Manual and is open to all qualified and competent firms within Uganda. 

This call for pre-qualification / registration of service providers is a pre-tender process that provides for a shortlist of firms (providers) from which PSFU shall generate shortlists to submit bids / quotations and proposals for works, services or supplies. The list generated under this process shall be used by the PSFU Secretariat, Projects / Programs implemented by PSFU and beneficiaries of PSFU Projects funding. 

PSFU now invites suitably interested and suitably qualified Suppliers and Service Providers to submit sealed applications for prequalification for the supply of goods, works and services as per categories / areas indicated below for the period between 2022 to 2025.

Applicants are required to pay a non-refundable fee of UGX 50,000 (fifty thousand Uganda shillings only) for each application to the account details below.
